Minor in Organizational Leadership

Organizational Leadership is an innovative and challenging minor open to School of Arts and Sciences students. The minor provides both theoretical and co-curricular learning experiences. Theory courses focus on formulating an ethically responsible vision that promotes organizational excellence; understanding change: how it occurs, when it is needed, and how it affects a group; and persuading individuals and groups to work toward a common goal.
