The Transfer Center will be holding STAR Days to assist new transfer students. The programs will begin at 9:00 am and will end around 4:00 pm.

On these dates you will receive an overview of Rutgers University School of Arts and Sciences policies, learn to use Degree Navigator, meet with advisers and begin to register for your Spring classes.

There will be two STAR Days held in January 2010 for Spring 2010 new transfer students.

• Tuesday, January 12
• Thursday, January 14

Registration is mandatory. Students will be sent a registration link once their transcripts have been evaluated.

You will receive an email from the Transfer Center inviting you to register for a STAR Day after your file has been evaluated.

You can prepare for your STAR Day by doing the following:

• Visit the web site of the major and minor department you're interested in.
• Familiarize yourself with the SAS Distribution Requirements.
• Open a NetId and an EDEN email address.

Already attended a STAR Day and have urgent registration questions?

• Come to the walk-in advising hours at the Transfer Center

Second Degree Students
