For students who plan to leave Rutgers University for at least one semester, please fill out the

Leave of Absence/Withdrawal Form

You will also need to fill out a Readmission Form at the same time if you plan to return within one or two semesters.

If you currently live in university housing, you will need to return your keys once you withdraw or take your leave of absence.

Please submit these forms to one of the advising centers.
