Transfer Credit Preapproval Form

Please submit this form to request credit for courses outside of Rutgers University during the summer or winter semesters before the courses are taken and return it to any of the Advising Centers.

Summer 2010 preapprovals will be processed beginning February 2, 2010.

If you are requesting an evaluation for courses that you have already taken at another college or university, please use the Transfer Course Departmental Evaluation Form.
