Whether you choose to pave your own way or life shoves you in new directions, you often feel like you are flying by the seat of your pants. Nicole Taetsch has done a bit of both in her journey from comparative literature to finance and she is now learning to juggle a toddler and working from home remotely. Nicole will reflect on how her experiences – at RUSAS, in her career, and through the COVID crisis – have helped her to build skills that keep her keep flying and give her confidence that she will find new ways to manage whatever lies ahead.
