Academic Planning and Advising (APA)

Welcome School of Arts and Sciences Class of 2023! In preparation to begin your undergraduate education, we ask that you join us on campus this spring for an Academic Planning & Advising Day Program to meet with advisors and request courses for the fall semester.

The Academic Planning & Advising (APA) program at the School of Arts and Sciences is designed to introduce you to the philosophy of a well-rounded education, inform you about your degree requirements, and assist you in selecting first semester classes.  As a new student, you will meet with faculty and professional advisors throughout the day’s program.

Attendance at ONE of the APA programs is mandatory for all in-state students and encouraged for our out-of-state students.
