How can I receive a Financial Aid SAP Appeal plan?

Follow these steps:
1. Complete the Appeal for Financial Aid Probation form
2. Prepare a statement explaining: (1) the cause of the failure to meet satisfactory academic standards; and (2) changes to your situation that will allow you to demonstrate satisfactory academic progress going forward.
3. Submit the form with the statement to the SAS academic advisor that has been assigned to you for the purposes of your SAP appeal plan.
4. Attend a meeting with that SAS academic advisor to discuss your academic performance and the creation of the SAP appeal plan.
